Controlled design-partner pilot

Thirty guided days from evidence sprawl to one governed passport.

A hands-on furniture compliance-readiness implementation for up to 20 products—not a self-service trial. We work through real catalog, supplier, evidence, technical-file, and publication decisions with one accountable owner on your team.

One bounded implementation

What the pilot includes

The goal is to prove a repeatable operating path with real evidence—not to promise a final legal format or a finished enterprise rollout.

  1. 01Catalog and component-level BOM onboarding
  2. 02Supplier evidence requests and review
  3. 03A prioritized compliance-gap report
  4. 04One compiled technical file
  5. 05One governed public product passport

Participant fit

Designed for a real operating team, not a sandbox exercise.

A strong fit looks like

  • EU furniture manufacturer, brand, or importer
  • 10–30 active products and at least three suppliers
  • A wood-based product and an upholstered product
  • Real BOMs, declarations, and certificates available for controlled onboarding
  • One operational owner able to work through the full implementation

Keep source material out of email

An initial inquiry should contain no BOMs, supplier contacts, certificates, declarations, access links, or other private evidence. If both sides agree to proceed, onboarding happens through the controlled workspace and a signed order form.

Conforvia supports evidence readiness and governed product data. It does not replace legal advice, product testing, a conformity assessment, or an official registry submission.

Delivery sequence

A decision-focused month, week by week.

  1. Week 1

    Scope and baseline

Define the product set, import the catalog, map suppliers and facilities, and establish the evidence baseline.

  2. Week 2

    Collect and classify

Issue supplier campaigns, review extraction quality, and classify missing, invalid, or conflicting evidence.

  3. Week 3

    Remediate and compile

Close priority gaps, reassess products, and compile one controlled technical file.

  4. Week 4

    Approve and publish

Approve one passport, freeze a management assurance pack, review outcomes, and agree the continuing cadence.
