Terms of service

Terms for a governed business workspace.

Once the accountable provider identity appears on this page, these terms form the agreement between that Conforvia operator and the business or professional using the service. Pilot and enterprise order forms may add or replace specific terms.Last updated 13 September 2026
Controlled-pilot statusPublic self-service terms are not active until the accountable provider identity appears here. Pilot engagements require a signed order form that identifies the contracting party and governing terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

Conforvia is a business service for furniture manufacturers, brands, importers, advisers, and their authorized collaborators. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization you register. You are responsible for account security and for keeping organization membership and contact information current.

2. The service

Conforvia provides tools for product structures, supplier evidence, requirement assessments, remediation, technical files, environmental comparisons, and Digital Product Passports. Features may evolve. Any order form, plan description, or written pilot scope forms part of these terms.

Conforvia supports evidence readiness and governed data. It is not legal advice, a laboratory, a notified body, a product certification, an official registry, or a complete life-cycle assessment. The customer remains responsible for product safety, legal applicability, testing, declarations, filings, and release decisions.

3. Customer data and instructions

You retain your rights in customer content and grant Conforvia the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, back up, and disclose it as you direct. You confirm that you may lawfully provide the data and contact the suppliers, reviewers, and other people entered in the service. The Data Processing Addendum applies where Conforvia processes personal data for you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Conforvia to:

  • upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or knowingly false material;
  • misrepresent a readiness result, source, signature, certificate, passport, or review decision;
  • probe, bypass, overload, or interfere with access controls or another workspace;
  • send unsolicited messages or use supplier links outside the documented compliance workflow; or
  • publish personal or confidential information without a lawful basis and appropriate authority.

5. Plans, payment, and changes

Paid plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record for online purchases and calculates applicable taxes. Current plan limits and the total price are shown before payment. Subscription changes take effect as described in the billing interface or order form. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription through the available billing channel. We may restrict access to protect the service, another customer, or the public; respond to unlawful use; or address an overdue payment. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Workspace deletion and organization offboarding remain controlled operations so subscriptions, exports, retained records, and public passports are reconciled first.

7. Confidentiality and security

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. Conforvia's current safeguards and reporting channel are described on the Security page.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Conforvia reliable, but previews, pilots, third-party services, and internet delivery may be interrupted. Except for commitments in a signed order form and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of legal compliance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Responsibility and disputes

Each party is responsible for losses it causes through breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss where such exclusion is lawful. Any signed order form identifies the contracting details and governing law. Otherwise, applicable mandatory law and the competent courts available to the parties apply. These terms do not remove non-waivable rights.

10. Contact and updates

Questions can be sent to the verified contact published when self-service terms activate. We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. Material changes will be dated and, when appropriate, notified before taking effect.
