Canceling a subscription
A workspace owner or administrator may cancel through the available billing-management interface or by contacting the verified contact published when self-service terms activate. Unless the interface expressly says otherwise, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period and access continues until then.
Refund requests
Paddle is the merchant of record for online purchases and receives refund and statutory withdrawal requests through the receipt, customer portal, or Paddle buyer-support channel. Eligibility and timing follow Paddle's buyer refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights. Conforvia will cooperate with Paddle and may provide service and transaction information needed to evaluate the request.
If a signed order form gives you an additional refund right, contact us and include the workspace name and Paddle transaction or invoice reference. Do not email passwords, evidence files, or payment-card details.
Access after a refund
Access associated with a refunded transaction may end when Paddle confirms the approved refund and the related subscription is canceled. Conforvia preserves the minimum transaction, security, and audit evidence needed to reconcile that outcome.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Business pilot and enterprise fees may cover implementation work that has already been delivered and are handled under the relevant order form.
